A hand-spun and hand-woven travel wrap, created to be versatile, practical and warm.
With a slate-grey palette of speciality rare breed wools, including ethical South Down, Romney Marsh, Jacob, and North Ronaldsay fleece, all hand-blended with the softest Welsh alpaca, Blue Faced Leicester, wild harvested Muga Silk and Wensleydale locks, to create unique hand-spun yarns.
Warp in a strong and light weight linen-cotton blend.
Woven freehand, the travel wrap tells the story of weather fronts, strata, slate and stone.

Bright Moon Yarn is ethical and traceable, using the wonderful natural resource of South Down Wool and Romney Marsh Fleece from Sheep Ahoy Animal Rescue in Kent, UK. Once sheared, the fleece is then processed in Cornwall by The Natural Fibre Company. This beautiful local fleece creates the base for all blended skeins used in Imogen's textiles, and additional fibre blends such as wild silk and linen are sourced to meet the highest standards of environmentalism, animal welfare and sustainability.
